Goal-setting is the corner stone of the team as it gives the more input the employees or colleagues in the same team (Gallo, 2011). The picture of the assigned activities will be furnished in front of eyes and this is how the team goals can be managed. Targeted goals can inspire the employees to put more hard work to achieve something great in the workplace.
